0 Beckham sets-up goal on PSG debut

David Beckham came off the bench to make his Paris Saint-Germain debut in Sunday's 2-0 win over arch-rivals Marseille at the Parc des Princes and helped set up the crucial second goal. The former England skipper replaced Argentina's Javier Pastore in the 76th minute with PSG 1-0 ahead at the time.

Beckham, 37, had started the match on the substitutes bench where he struggled to keep warm in the snowy, freezing conditions. But he played a key role in the injury-time second goal as his pass with the outside of the boot released Jeremy Menez, who found Zlatan Ibrahimovic for the goal. Having signed until the end of the season, the former Manchester United, Real Madrid and AC Milan star became the 400th player to appear for PSG and the 27th Englishman to feature in Ligue 1.
