Ubud Market is so many things to buy and at cery reasonable prices, lots of crafts, silver, paintings, brass objects, ethnic textiles and really nice Batik fabrics. Wood carvings are also good and you can buy hand carved architectural pieces. It is not a hectic kind off market, you can go slow here the sellers are not pushy. |

Ubud Palace
Ubud Palace where the royal family live, in the evening time there is traditional dance performance in the outside yard. Ubud Palace is small but close to the Ubud Art Market. But the best places for souvenirs (except silver—the Art Market is fine) are the huge warehouses in Kuta that even the locals frequent. |
 | Ubud Monkey Forest it's like watching a miniature version of yourself but with no manners and unlimited curiosity. These little buggers will happily climb all over you for food or to examine you for fleas. While the monkeys in some locations are well behaved, here, they are not. Be very firm when shooing them away and don't be scared of them. |
